When you call, a lawyer answers.
Senior counsel on call for whatever comes up, and a legal operating system putting your whole back office in order. One flat subscription. No meter.
New clients may book a scoping call.
Your company's legal department. In two parts.
A lawyer who picks up.
24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for any problem that comes up. The contract that has to move today, the demand letter that just arrived, the employee situation that cannot wait until Monday. Unlimited calls and email with senior counsel, all inside the flat fee. No meter starts when you dial.
The back end, put in order.
While the phone is covered, counsel works through the eighteen legal systems of your business on a monthly calendar: entities, contracts, employment, IP, insurance, and everything behind them. Problems get found while they are still small and fixed inside membership.
Two separate things. Membership includes both.
A growing company hires a bookkeeper long before a CFO, and an IT firm long before a CTO. Legal is the exception. Legal is a stranger, called after something has already gone wrong, at crisis prices, learning the business on the client's dime. Retained inverts that. Counsel arrives before the problem does, knows the business already, and works on a fee the company can plan around.
Eighteen modules. Every legal surface of the business.
At kickoff, leadership scores each module by perceived weakness. That ranking sets the calendar. Counsel then works one module per month, weakest areas first, delivering findings in writing and handling fixes inside membership. A full cycle takes roughly eighteen months. After that, the system converts to continuous monitoring.
